How Can I Encourage You?

I have no doubt God has blessed me to be an encourager. I’ve loved sewing since I was old enough to hold a pair of scissors, and I’m so thankful that this gift of sewing can be a ministry to others!

God has taught me so much in all areas of life, and I feel a deep need to pass it on to others. It IS possible to be faithful in all the roles God calls us to! Two big ways I offer encouragement are through my podcast and through my book — now also an audiobook!

In October I started Season 10 of my podcast, the Encourager. (Can you believe it?!?) And this January, I’m offering my next Encourager Mastermind class! This time it is all online, giving you the option to rewatch recordings. It is a 6-month commitment, and we’ll dive deep into your calendar, priorities, and goals, all completely personalized for you. It’s available for five to eight eager participants, so don’t delay. :)

So far in this season, I’ve discussed seasonal bucket lists and financial tips for marketing, and I’ve had interviews about veteran suicide prevention, as well as a local startup for health products. You may also have noticed we have a completely new website! All Encourager episodes, classes, books, coaching — all in one place.

I’ve also gotten to be a guest on a few other podcasts as well, which is always an honor. My subject matter changes a little based on the ages of my kids, whether I’m talking about littles, grade school issues, or what it’s like to be an empty nester during the day. But it always comes back to being faithful where God puts you.

As you may remember, I wrote Equipped to Execute in 2017. It was such a dream-come-true to write and publish a book, and it humbles me every time I think about it. Now, after a year and a half of getting it up and rolling, it is now available as an audiobook, read by yours truly! I think there is something about hearing it read in my voice that will make it so relatable to the podcast listeners. You can hear my tone, and I hope moms will hear that I get it, and we can make it through — with joy.

We are rolling fast into Holiday Season, which is a particularly big job for moms especially, but just hear this: with God’s help, you have everything you need! Offer the little you have to Him, and he’ll bless it in big, big ways.

“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.” Colossians 3:24-25
