Returns, Exchanges & Change Orders

All sales are final.

  • Please contact us by email at customercare@shoprsd.com with concerns or design questions.
  • If you wish to make a change to your existing custom order, a $5 fee will be charged and the 4-5 week delivery schedule will start over. 
  • We will gladly exchange unused items within seven days (with prior approval)Please note, shipping is at the customer's expense. If a finish (vegan leather, lining fabric or zipper color) not recommended by Rebekah is chosen, we are unable to return or exchange those orders. Thank you for your understanding!
  • If we have made an error, we will repair or exchange with a similar item.
