Shipping Policy

Ready To Ship: orders containing only Ready To Ship items will be shipped within 5-7 business days of your order confirmation.

Design Your Own/Custom: orders containing a custom Design Your Own item will be shipped within 4 weeks of your order confirmation. 

If your order contains both Ready To Ship and Design Your Own items, your entire order will ship together once the custom items are completed! 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping: Free shipping is available to all orders with a cart value (after any discounts and before any additional taxes or fees) of over $100. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rebekah Scott Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@shoprsd.com with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please do not select UPS delivery if you are shipping to a P.O. Box.
